Dining and Conference Room
Our Dining room seats 20 and boasts upholstered roller chairs, custom wood finishes, floating butcher block buffets and floor to ceiling windows. The space is perfect for household gatherings and communal meals as well as accommodating workshops and guest speakers.

2 Full Size Kitchens

Each of our kitchens are furnished with all brand new appliances, granite countertops, fully stocked and labeled cabinets, K-cup/carafe combo coffee makers and an expansive collection of spices. Crock Pots, griddles and grills are available for tenant use and the home contains 5 refrigerators/freezers- ensuring plenty of room for everyone. The West Kitchen is also outfitted with racking to allow each tenant a designated shelf to store their own personal food items off-limits to others.

The conservatory houses a variety of tropical plants and offers a warm and sunny reflection area even on the coldest days of winter. Solar light features keep the space feeling cozy long after the sun goes down. Outfitted with a plush sofa, bistro table, cushioned chairs, and a large glass-top dining table, residents are always able to find a quiet space to escape the winter blues and seek God in a calming environment.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms
All 14 beds across 7 rooms come equipped with personal charging stations, towel bars and televisions. Each tenant has their own nightstand, table lamp, dresser, closet and laundry basket, eliminating the usual struggles of shared storage spaces. Residents receive new sets of bed linens and pillows during orientation as well as new bath linens. Each bedroom enjoys a combination of special features such as wall to wall windows (1), new ceiling fans (6), walk-in closets (1), en suite bathrooms (3), single tenant occupancy (1), room-darkening curtains (2) and private balcony (2).

Five full bathrooms help keep the house running smoothly. All have freshly installed floors and new toilets, as well as new sink and shower fixtures. Each shower has mounted dispensers installed where residents can benefit from complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and bodywash. The house also provides hand soap, toothpaste, Q-tips and toilet paper, eliminating the need for tenants to supply and secure their own individual reserve. Removing this hurdle helps maintain the harmony of the house and eliminates concerns of stolen provisions, keeping residents focused on their common journey and personal recovery.

Community Spaces
Our spacious living room includes 3 leather sofas, a 65 inch television over a custom-built mantle and bar seating for 3. The space accomodates a small desk as well, stocked with writing materials and a printer for tenant use.

Ammenities
A separate space for laundry boasts two washers and two dryers with basic detergents provided. Large racking is set up in the mudroom and thoroughly stocked with toiletry items, paper products, household basics, pantry staples and snack foods. Making these items available to our residents for free avoids unnecessary friction between housemates taking from one another.
